Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.
For more information about the affected products visit: www.interaktonline.com/Support/

I have a problem with GnUuPG:
This is the error message that's stored in the detail field in orders_ord:
2008-06-24 23:56:45 Failed: Error sending mail: <br>gpg: WARNING: unsafe ownership on homedir \"/home/venuefin/.gnupg\"<br />
gpg: WARNING: using insecure memory!<br />
gpg: please see http://www.gnupg.org/faq.html for more information<br />
gpg: keyring `/home/venuefin/.gnupg/secring.gpg\' created<br />
gpg: keyring `/home/venuefin/.gnupg/pubring.gpg\' created<br />
gpg: Julie Natlacen: skipped: public key not found<br />
gpg: /tmp/PGP.ascmd4J3g: encryption failed: public key not found<br />
gpg: /tmp/PGP.ascmd4J3g: encryption failed: public key not found.<br>
My hosting company don't have a clue how they can help me and it's way beyond me what i should do. Needless to say it's causes me and my client massive headaches.
To me it seems like there's an issue installing through cpanel (i'm not sure how to use ssh) and where the gnupg files should be located as well as permissions.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Have looked at this thread bit can't replicate the solution: http://www.interaktonline.com/Products/Dreamweaver-Extensions/MXKart/Product-Forum/Details/100997/Problem+with+PGP+Email.html
Thanks
