XML Table Export Forum :: Upgrade required??

Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

I Start DW8 and get a message telling me that the version of Table XML Export installed is not up to date and that I should update to the latest version.
I've got MX Kollection 3 etc installed.

I uninstalled the XML Table Export extension and the Login Settings button on the Interakt Control Panel in MXK3 stopped working. Re-installed the XML Table Export extension and the Login Settings button started working again. Unfortunately I didn't make complete notes on the error, only that DW couldn't access a .js file somewhere....and with all the grief that upgrading your extensions causes I don't fancy trying to replicate the error.

Disabling the extension in Extension Manager causes the same problems

You don't need to update the the XML Table Export product, there its an error that will be fixed in the next release of the product as well as the other error.

I get similar problems with ImpAKT 3 ver. 3.5.1
Everytime I start DW 8 I get a message telling me that XML Table Export and XML Import-Export aren't the lastest version availabel but, instead, they are.
I guess the solution is waiting for the new release of the 2 XML related extensions, is that right?

the XML Import-Export extension contains all of the capability of the XML Table Export or not?

Hello,
The answer is yes. You can export a table with XML Import-Export, using Export Recordset as XML. You just do a SELECT * FROM table.
