Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

I have kollection, and i have recently created a imagm gallery which uses the popup feature.
In IE my popups dont show, the popup window opens and i receive this message:
Internal Error. Session expired.
please advise.

I had this error when I shifted a site to a new server. The only difference I could see was in the php.ini file.
; Whether to use cookies.
session.use_cookies = 1
;session.cookie_secure = 1
Once I commented out the ;session.cookie_secure = 1 value (to match the working server) it all worked sweet again!
