Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

Hello Interakt,
I used to have this working and for whatever reason it no longer saves related files with the form. This is for a product insert and update page. I am uploading images and pdf docs. By the way I am using the old version on MX Kollection. I don't understand why it stopped working. I am attaching the file you to review.

Can you provide more details on this? Does an error message appears? Are the folders where you want to upload given full permissions?

No Errors, it acts like it post it but nothing happens. All the folders have the correct permissions. It is pointing to the correct folders as well. If you need FTP access I can supply it to you.

Hello,
This was happening because you have removed the attribute:
enctype="multipart/form-data"
from the form. Without this, the form will not submit any files. I have added it, and now it should work correctly.
